AGM Elections
June 26th 3.30pm Venue: The View, Aras na Mac Leinn, NUI Galway.

Deadline for Nominations;
25^th June 5pm deadline to submit nominations for the following positions on the Executive
Chairperson,
Vice Chairperson,
Treasurer,
Secretary,
PRO
Webmaster.
Nominations must be made to secretary@bics.ie.

Note all positions must be nominated and seconded at the AGM. In the event of one nomination and a majority vote for RON the position will be opened to the floor.

The remaining positions will be open to the floor for nominations and must be seconded.

2 Student reps
2 OCM

The Student networking Group comprises the rep from each member college.

Structure of the Executive

        

2 ballot papers will be given to each college for their BICS Staff and Student reps,
only paid up members for this 2013-2014 may vote.

Non-voting observers are welcome to attend.
