Awards Uploads Open

Wednesday 4th March

From March 4th, the BICS Awards Applications Upload Portal will be open. There, you’ll be able to upload your completed application forms and portfolios!

Ticket Bookings Open

Friday 6th March

From March 6th, you’ll be able to get in touch with your Societies Officer and book tickets for the BICS Awards in April.

Student Q&A Session

Friday 20th March

If you have any questions about the BICS Awards, this is the place to ask them! Click here to join the online meeting!

Ticket Bookings Close

Monday 23rd March

March 23rd is the final day to book tickets for the awards ceremony. Please ensure you contact your Socs Officer before this deadline.

Award Applications Close

Tuesday 31st March

March 31st is the final day to upload applications online. If you’re submitting a physical portfolio, it must be at the hotel the following morning (April 1st).

Physical Portfolio Deadline & Social Night

Wednesday 1st April

• 10am: Physical portfolios must be submitted at the hotel by this time.
• 8pm: Social and networking event for students staying in the hotel the night before Awards. Karaoke and finger food will be available!

Awards Day

Thursday 2nd April

10:30	Welcome Talk
11:00	Interviews Commence
12:00-14:00	Staggered Lunch (depending on your interview schedule)
15:00	Interviews End
15:00-16:00	Launch of BICS Badges Programme
16:00-17:00	‘Meet the Competition’ – your chance to chat with others in your category and find out how their year went, swap tips and make new contacts!
19:30	Awards reception & ballroom open
20:00	Food Service
22:30	Awards Presentations Commence
