National Society Awards Adjudicator Training, online meeting. Click here to join the meeting.

National Society Awards Staff Q&A Session, online meeting. Click here to join the meeting.

1st April 2026

10:30	Adjudicators meet with head judges at the hotel for an information session.
11:30 – 13:30	Adjudication session 1 with your panel.
13:30 – 14:30	Lunch.
14:30 – 17:00	Adjudication session 2 with your panel.
17:00	Group Q&A session with the Chief Adjudicators.
17:30	Info session around interviews.
19:00	Dinner.
20:30	Adjudication session 3 (if needed).
21:00	Social event: meet at hotel bar for a few drinks after a long day!

2nd April 2026

06:00 – 09:00	Breakfast.
09:00 – 11:15	Input marks from applications and portfolio to excel marking sheets.
11:30 – 13:00	Morning committee interviews.
13:00 – 13:30	Lunch.
13:30 – 15:10	Afternoon committee interviews.
15:30 – 16:30	Student peer to peer sessions (attendance optional).
19:00	Awards ball starts.
